Created for postpartum women from 1week PP to 10+ years PP and beneficial for all women that struggle to connect to deep inner core muscles

Workout program for women wanting to strengthen and learn proper core function as well as women that had vaginal and/or caesarean deliveries

For women that have diastasis recti, urine incontinence (leaking), pelvic floor dysfunction, lower belly bulge, lower back pain and women that have a weak core
​

Training program with exercises that can be done at home or anywhere

Detailed explanation of exercises with exclusive access to INSTAGRAM account StrongHer Mama with video demonstrations, where you can meet and connect with other mommas on the same journey
