I've been taking Ilona's classes for almost 6 months now and cannot rave enough about what an amazing trainer she is! I have been working out for the past 4 years. I have hit many plateaus. My plateaus caused me to kind of lose interest in the gym some days. Not only that but being a teacher it’s hard to find energy at the end of the day to workout.
When I first met Ilona, I thought “woah this trainers class is tough”. But Ilona’s toughness was not to be mean, it was to push me past my plateau. I have never met a trainer who loves and care for her job as much as she does. Ilona always starts and ends the class with positive quotes and a positive out look on life. Her workouts are always different and we work at a quick pace. Not only did the classes seem to fly by but I noticed I was having fun. I started seeing results that I didn’t see with other trainers. My waistline was trimming down and I noticed that I was doing things that I never thought I could do. I became quicker and stronger.
